Q: Can I see all the animals on a half-day tour?
A: The park is not very large, so it’s possible to see all of the main animals during a half-day tour.
However, if you’d like to enjoy shows or animal encounters, we recommend checking the schedule
in advance and planning your visit accordingly, as time may be limited.

Q: Can I stay for the whole day instead of half day?
A : You can stay for the whole day, but an additional fee applies ($25 per adult, $15 per child).
If you would like to extend your visit, please add the Full Day Transfer option on the booking page.
Q: Can you pick up guests from all hotels in Cairns?
A : To ensure efficient pick-up, we ask guests to come to the nearest pick-up point.
If you are staying at an Airbnb or similar accommodation, please provide the address when making your reservation.
Pick-up details will be provided in the confirmation email.
Q: Are the tours operated during rain or bad weather?
A: Basically, tours operate unless there are emergencies such as natural disasters or road closures.
The area around Hartley’s Crocodile Adventures usually experiences less rain, and even if it’s raining in the city,
it is often sunny there.
In the unlikely event that a tour is canceled, the tour operator will notify you by email or phone.
Q: Can I bring a pram with me?
A : If the stroller is foldable and compact enough to be stored on the seat, it can be brought onto the bus.
However, since the park has many steps and slopes, we recommend using a baby carrier.
If you wish to bring a foldable stroller, please mention this in the remarks section when making your reservation.
Q : Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
A : The bus is not equipped with facilities to secure wheelchairs, so participation is possible only if you are able to transfer from the wheelchair to a regular seat.
Hartley’s is wheelchair accessible and reasonably level. However, the pathways to Gondwana Gateway and Cassowary Walk are moderately steep, and assistance may be required.
Ambulant access toilets are available at Lilies Restaurant and at our Gallery of Living Art.
Q : I have a Companion Card. Are there any discounts available for cardholders?
A : Companion Card holders are admitted free of charge.
Please select ‘Companion Card holder (Adult)’ when making your reservation,
and be sure to bring your card with you on the day of your visit.
