[Cancellation Policy]

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are free of charge.

[Date Changes]

Date changes are free of charge as long as they are made before the tour departure time (8:00 AM for morning tours, 12:00 PM for afternoon tours).
For special plans such as the Breakfast with Koalas, Zootastic 5, and Mammal Magic, changes can be made if availability allows. However, once the date is changed, any subsequent cancellation will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
